Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup
In store pickup is available for our 200ml pre-filled reusable glass containers and our selection of THISiS HUMMUS flavours.
All products are only available for in-store collection from your selected collection point on the specified day. The times of each collection point vary and should be checked against individually listed opening times on our website.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to our designated collection points, on the specified days only.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver all subscription based deliveries to your selected collection point on the chosen, specified day only.
Changes to orders can be made up to 20:00, two working days prior to scheduled delivery. Changes made after this time will only apply to orders in subsequent calendar weeks.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not order international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on specified days.
To ensure your order is included in our weekly deliveries, orders must be placed prior to 20:00, two working days prior to scheduled delivery for the specified collection centre.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If an order is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Any uncollected order by closing time on the specified collection date will be returned to the manufacturer and no refund will be offered.
